Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Pittsburgh, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
