Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
