Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Haven Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Columbus, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
