Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Foods Partners produces packaged foods at its Tampa plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
