Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
