Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
