Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Greenridge Stone Farms Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
