Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Omaha, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
