Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Summit North Markets is a Charlotte retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
