Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
