Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Pike Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charleston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
