Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Diego. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
