Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
