Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Basin Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
