Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Vista Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
