Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Northwind Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Las Vegas plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
