Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Linden Hospitality Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
