Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
