Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Maple Manufacturing Group is a Boston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
