Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Cedar Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Little Rock producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
