Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Northwind Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Sacramento region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
