Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Nova Harbor Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Memphis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
