Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Sable Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
