Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Atlanta caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
