Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system.
