Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Greenridge Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Salt Lake City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 844 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
