Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Fernwood Pine Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
