Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Greenridge Fern Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Charleston region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
