Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Nova Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Milwaukee, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
