Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Savannah region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
