Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system.
