Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Wren Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
