Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Summit Wren Farms is an agricultural business based around Seattle. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
