Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bright Junction Housing Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
