Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Columbus, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
