Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Housing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system.
