Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Basin Hospitality is a hospitality company in Hartford with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
