Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Ember Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in San Diego. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 751 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
