Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
