Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Columbus, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
