Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Las Vegas, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
