Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
