Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes.
