Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Maple Property Management Group is a Raleigh property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
