Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Glen Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Raleigh, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
