Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Lantern Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Raleigh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
