Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Glen Foods produces packaged foods at its Raleigh plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
