Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
