Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Raleigh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
