Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
